More than 150 caretakers are on duty every day to carry out minor repairs in the house and yard. In addition, 30 mobile caretakers ensure safety in the neighborhood. They can be reached personally via the telephone number on the building noticeboard or in the caretaker's office on site.
The eleven HOWOGE tenant councils are the mouthpiece for neighborhood-related matters. Here, neighborhood issues can be discussed with democratically elected representatives.
