There HOWOGE tenants - as well as the tenants of the other five state-owned housing associations - find apartments that they can easily exchange for their current ones. The special thing about it: The net cold rents of both apartments do not change. This means that nobody has to forego moving out of concern for an affordable rent.
All you need is a valid rental agreement, an email address, a user account and a clear idea of what your new apartment should look like. You don't have to worry about the data for your own apartment: it is fed directly from the HOWOGE system. If you come to an agreement with the residents of your desired apartment, we will support you in the next steps. However, you and your exchange partners are responsible for organizing both moves.
