Information on the new house locking system

Handover of 3 new keys for the house entrance and central doors

Dear tenant,

HOWOGE will install a new locking system for all existing house entrance and central doors in this house in the coming months. With this letter you will receive 3 new keys for all centrally accessible rooms in the house free of charge.

Please also carry the new keys with you from now on, as we are unfortunately unable to give you a specific installation date.

Important note: Your apartment entrance door is not affected by the conversion.

What are the advantages of the new locking system?

• The new locking system corresponds to current technical standards
• We sustainably increase security in the house
• Facilitation & acceleration of repair measures

How will the installation of the new locking system proceed:

• InSiTech, a company of the Nüßing Group, was commissioned to deliver and install the locking system.
• For this purpose, the employees of InSiTech are entitled to gain access to centrally accessible premises.
• InSiTech will enter the building several times during the installation to first take the necessary measurements and later insert the new cylinders.

Repeat ordering of additional keys:

• HOWOGE provides each tenant with 3 keys for the centrally accessible premises free of charge.
• You can have additional keys made directly by InSiTech for your own account. Further information can be found on the website www.insitech.deor on the enclosed order form.
