Replacement of aerators on the mixer taps and shower heads and dismantling of any existing filters
Dear tenants,
We refer to our letter of October 11, 2022 and would like to inform you again that any sterile filters on the mixer taps in the kitchen and bathroom and on the shower heads in the bathtub/shower are no longer required in your apartment. However, any existing filters should be removed and new aerators/shower heads installed.
Disassembly/assembly is relatively easy and you can do it yourself. In order to save you an appointment or to make this flexible for you, we will distribute packages with 3 new aerators for mixer taps (2x bathroom, 1x kitchen) and 1 new shower head to each apartment in your house. You can find the specific time in your cover letter.
Our team will go door-to-door for this. If you are not present, we will place the package at your front door. Please accept it as soon as possible. The delivery is documented by our employees.
Instructions for changing an aerator will be included in the package. You can simply unscrew the old shower head and screw the new one onto the hose. If you are unable to carry out the exchange yourself, please inform us by calling 030/5464-1133or by email at kundenzentrum@howoge.de. We will then get in touch with you promptly.
